We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Specialist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving formulas and ingredients for compliance, analyzing product formulations, creating final label content, and providing support for regulatory data maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve formulas and ingredients for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze product formulations to ensure compliance with labeling regulations.
  • Create final label content, including substantiated claims, compliant nutrition facts, and ingredient statements.
  • Review finished product labels to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support for regulatory data maintenance projects, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a scientific field, such as Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or Toxicology.
  • Regulatory experience in the food industry, with a strong understanding of U.S. FDA labeling regulations.
  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, with a focus on consumer products.
  • Technical knowledge of software applications, including MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
