Job Title: Collision Market Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision Market Manager to join our team at Gerber Collision & Glass. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in multiple locations within a designated market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in multiple locations.
  • Manage and hold staff accountable for shop performance, ensuring all employees understand the company mission and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Recruit, interview, and train new hires, ensuring customer satisfaction and coaching staff to resolve customer concerns.
  • Work with corporate staff to achieve external growth objectives and meet or exceed area business plan goals.
  • Conduct operations reviews and audits with location managers, providing coaching to ensure all locations are performing to potential.
  • Promote safe, clean working conditions and review safety records of locations, ensuring all personal protective equipment is being used properly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years collision repair industry experience.
  • Minimum of three years of management experience.
  • ICAR Platinum certification preferred.
  • Estimating license if applicable in the state.
