Job Overview

The Customer Communications Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for our organization, tasked with managing and distributing information through various channels. Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Customer Engagement:
    • Address inquiries through various communication platforms.
    • Provide precise information regarding the company's offerings and policies.
    • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
  • Media Relations:
    • Track media coverage and report on pertinent industry developments.
    • Assist in organizing media events, press conferences, and public engagements.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key media representatives.
  • Internal Communication:
    • Facilitate the creation and distribution of internal newsletters, announcements, and other employee communications.
    • Support the organization of company events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools such as CRM software and content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
