- Operate U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation of equipment.
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, maintaining a high level of quality and cleanliness.
- Answer customer questions and provide education on U-Haul products and services, promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring, ensuring safe and secure connections.
- Fuel propane and operate a forklift, maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and education through U-Haul University, staying up-to-date on the latest products and services.
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
