Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, providing personalized support and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Operate U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation of equipment.
  • Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, maintaining a high level of quality and cleanliness.
  • Answer customer questions and provide education on U-Haul products and services, promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, ensuring safe and secure connections.
  • Fuel propane and operate a forklift, maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education through U-Haul University, staying up-to-date on the latest products and services.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
