Customer Service Representative

At Third Party CS, we're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Active listening skills and ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
