About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Lead to join our team at Target. As a Property Management Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our store facilities, ensuring that our assets are functional and our guests have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for store facilities, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with store teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections of store facilities to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to store teams on maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance budgets and plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
  • Basic technical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work at heights.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
