**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Daily Property Field Claims Adjuster to provide excellent claim handling services for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling daily claim work within your designated area, which may include multiple perils.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of property damage claims
  • Develop and implement effective claim handling strategies to ensure timely and fair resolution
  • Communicate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claim handling and resolution

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2-3 years of property field adjusting experience
  • Independent adjusting license in your home state (area of work), or a designated home state license if residing in a non-licensing state
  • Experienced in wind, hail, theft, fire, water losses, and other perils
  • Reliable transportation, computer, digital camera, ladder, and other necessary equipment
  • Ability to climb roofs and work in various weather conditions

**Working Conditions**

The physical demands of this role require the ability to work in a normal office or field claims environment, with 100% travel required within designated working territory. You must be able to operate a motor vehicle for up to 8 hours daily, repeatedly entering and exiting the vehicle, and make physical inspections of auto loss sites. You must also be able to work outdoors in all types of weather and be available to work catastrophic loss events.
