Job Description

In this Mental Health Associate role, you will work closely with our team of educators, behavior analysts, and therapists to support students with special needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing individualized education plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Assisting with literacy and math activities to support student learning
  • Promoting independence in self-help skills, such as dressing, feeding, and using the bathroom
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A genuine passion for working with children, along with patience and compassion
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
  • Consistent pay with no reductions for student cancellations
  • Schedule: 35 to 40 hours, Monday to Friday (no nights, no weekends)
  • 12 days of paid time off plus school holidays and breaks
