Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and management of our business lines, including clinical personnel oversight and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight and management of business lines, including clinical personnel oversight and management.
  • Partner with business development and field support leadership to stay up-to-date on industry-specific clinical trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local contracts and programs, as well as Maxim requirements.
  • Manage, direct, and assign Clinical Supervisors to specific client populations and other duties as necessary for client management.
  • Develop and implement clinical quality initiatives and other duties as required by contract and/or programs.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located).
  • A minimum of two years of home care experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as required.
  • Experience in quality management and budget management preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in hiring, training, and employee development preferred.
  • Experience in regulatory audits such as The Joint Commission and ACHC or other required contracts preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required.
  • Proficiency in the English language is required.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $110,000 plus annual bonus potential of $16,600, paid out quarterly, plus $10,000 sign-on bonus.
