Role Summary:
The Investment Strategy Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role within the FTIS Client Investment Solutions team. This position is responsible for collaborating with distribution channels and conducting research to identify investment solutions-related opportunities, particularly focusing on Asset Allocation Models. With a comprehensive understanding of the model marketplace, the Manager will leverage Franklin Templeton's extensive investment capabilities to enhance the assets under management (AUM) of our Asset Allocation Model Platform through the creation and implementation of innovative investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribution Collaboration:
Work closely with distribution leadership to align on new client opportunities and sales strategies, advocating for sales focus and providing insights into platforms with the highest potential. - Growth of Multi-Asset Solutions:
Lead the development and expansion of our Asset Allocation Models platform, engaging with a variety of client types including wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, RIAs, TAMPs, and digital platforms. - Business Management:
Provide strategic insights regarding market trends, maintain awareness of product performance, and coordinate with internal partners on product launches and client engagements. - Product Development and Marketing:
Connect the firm's capabilities to enhance client engagement through technology and content creation, while contributing to marketing materials and delivering presentations at industry events.
Qualifications:
- BA required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, particularly with Asset Allocation Model Portfolios.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics effectively.
- Self-motivated and organized with exceptional time management abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
Franklin Templeton offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan. The expected salary range for this position is between $225K to $275K, reflecting the seniority of the role and market competitiveness.
