Job Summary

Kirkland's is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to support the stores' freight process and stockroom organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business results through effective freight processing and all incoming merchandise shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the stores' freight process and stockroom organization in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Be responsible and accountable for driving business results through effective freight processing and all incoming merchandise shipments.
  • Assist in leading and directing the team to be experts in the efficiency of freight and stockroom processes.
  • Manage/assist the Ecommerce, Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship To Store (STS) processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
