Job Summary
We are seeking an Inventory Control Associate to join our team. As an Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit inventory to maintain system balance during daily order processing.
- Research and resolve all issues, adjustments, and discrepancies, ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy, complete follow-up on previous inventory adjustments, and review cycle counts.
- Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key, and review allocations.
- Receive products from vendors to check for quality and communicate potential quality issues to buyers.
- Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Follow company safety policy and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Generally has 2-5 years of experience.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
- Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
