Non-Citizen Assistance Coordinator

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will also be responsible for meeting with newly detained noncitizens during or after intake to answer questions, address concerns, provide brief orientation to the detention facility and CRC services, and assist ERO Field Offices who run specialized housing units and programs or services that are designed to provide appropriate care to vulnerable populations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the case management process, excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, cultural competency, and integrity and honesty. If you have experience in a detention/correctional or residential healthcare setting, that's a big plus We are also looking for someone with knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs and fluency in English and Spanish, written and oral.
