Treasury Manager Job Description

Charities Housing Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the organization's financial assets, ensuring liquidity, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the organization's debt portfolio, ensuring timely payments and compliance with debt covenants.
  • Manage lender-held escrow accounts, review lender analysis, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform cash needs analysis, determine reserve withdrawals, and manage the approval and reimbursement process.
  • Monitor financial performance, conduct cash-flow analysis, and make decisions on distribution of excess working capital.
  • Track and reconcile intercompany borrowing transactions, prepare monthly advance reports, and produce quarterly treasury reports for the Board of Directors.
  • Monitor reserves to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain good banking/lender relationships, identify opportunities to better utilize Charities' banking services.
  • Implement and review the Investment strategy, monitor investment activities, and maintain liquidity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum five years of professional treasury experience, with a preference for affordable housing industry experience.
  • Strong analytical background, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $130,000 to $135,000 per year.
  • A 4% annual salary sign-on bonus for new hires.
