About the Role

Roku is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Treasury to lead our global finance team with strategic vision and operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our capital structure through innovative debt and equity transactions, ensuring robust long-term financial planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize Roku's capital structure, including long-term capital planning and execution of debt and equity capital market transactions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reporting to support short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting needs, working closely with corporate FP&A.
  • Develop and execute strategies to manage financial risks, including foreign currency exposure, interest rate risk, operational, and credit risk.
  • Oversee and manage global cash and liquidity management, including forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment.
  • Manage day-to-day global treasury operations, partnering with finance operations, accounting, and tax teams.
  • Oversee administration of financial arrangements, including credit facility usage, letters of credit issuance and amendments, debt covenants, and all credit compliance certificates.
  • Lead and mentor a team of motivated individual contributors to grow and develop treasury functions.
  • Develop and maintain treasury presentation materials and reporting dashboards to track KPIs for senior management, including for the company's Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, lenders, and other financial service providers.
  • Drive treasury and cross-functional projects involving treasury, partnering with product, engineering, international, and legal teams.
  • Oversee and coordinate all internal and external audits related to SOX and treasury policies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, and/or finance, including experience in cash management, debt management, capital structure, and liquidity.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in developing and executing capital market transactions and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships and trust with a broad range of individuals, up to the executive level.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment and demonstrated abilities in prioritizing and managing multiple projects with minimal direction.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely and to influence and negotiate on challenging projects.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented.
  • Experience with Bloomberg and other online information sources.
  • Education: BA/BS degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred, CFA or CCM/CTP credentials highly desired.
