  • Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination and on-time completion of all quality projects.
  • Quality Planning: Develop and implement advanced product quality planning (APQP) and related documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify trends or shifts in production measurement data through oversight of the inspection team.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Required experience in the medical device/life science industry.
  • Education: 4-year engineering, technical, or management degree.
  • Experience: 3 or more years of experience in product design or program/product management, and understanding of tight manufacturing tolerances.
  • Technical Skills: Must be able to read blueprints and other technical documents, and have knowledge of ANSI/ISO drawing standards and GD&T dimensioning.
  • Quality Tools: Must have knowledge of quality inspection tools and methods, and experience/knowledge in statistical analysis, SPC, and validation/PPAP.
