Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Vital Health America LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Regulatory Department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant labeling regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Nutrition/Facts panels for new and existing products, ensuring consistency with master manufacturing formulas and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Review and approve finished product labels, making suggestions for errors and ensuring compliance with labeling regulations.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Sales/Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure timely submission of regulatory documentation and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on evolving regulatory environments and share relevant information with colleagues and other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the food/dietary supplement manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Dietary Supplement GMP guidelines, food/dietary supplement ingredients, and formulas.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance work instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
This role requires the ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The position also requires standing, walking, bending, and/or stooping for periods of five hours or more.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:- Knowledge of cGMP standards and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance work instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
