Job Summary:We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team. As a Registered Nurse in our Open Heart Unit, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our team's success.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and perform various patient tests within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, promoting independence and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Work night shifts, with varying days, to meet the needs of our patients and team.
- Current FL RN (Registered Nurse) license.
- At least 2 years of experience in critical care.
- CCRN and completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).
