Residential Inbound Sales Supervisor

">As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of Inbound Sales Representatives in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment. This position reports to the Residential Inbound Sales Manager.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement new sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
- Oversee all daily sales activities of the Sales Representative Team. Lead and guide the team in the attainment of revenue goals and performance metrics.
- Motivate, coach and mentor Sales Representatives.
- Perform multiple administrative duties: Create and manage Sales Representative work schedule. Review and approve time-off requests and timesheets.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with other departments: sales operations, field operations, marketing, product development, training and customer care.
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will have inside sales experience, commercial experience preferred - 2-3 years, Supervisory experience preferred, preferably in an inside sales capacity - 1-2 years. A High School diploma or equivalent is required. The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location.
