Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist to join our team at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital Main Hosp. As a Behavioral Health Clinical Therapist, you will provide top-notch behavioral health care to patients in a dynamic and innovative clinical environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement counseling/therapy for assigned patients in individual and group settings.
  • Interview and assess patients and/or their family members, caregivers, and/or legal representatives.
  • Determine and provide needed internal and external services/interventions.
  • Participate in case reviews/care conferences to evaluate progress.
  • Assist with discharge planning and processes, including identification of community-based resources.
  • Utilize teaching methods and/or referrals to ensure patient/family educational needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • State licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD), or other licensure/certification may be acceptable as approved by department leadership.
