Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Daltile. As a key member of our sales service center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting Daltile products.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and communicate with customers regarding order status.
- Manage inventory, receiving and stocking materials, and conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently, navigating warehouse aisles and loading/unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and navigate warehouse aisles
