Business Development Representative

Hiring Range Minimum to Maximum: $13.75 to $14.50.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Job Description:
- Generate leads and close agreements to drive new business.
- Process renewal payments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Maintain showroom floors by physically handling merchandise, ensuring an excellent visual display.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers and vendors.
- Leadership skills to set sales goals and drive new business through effective marketing strategies.
- An aptitude for marketing to promote products and services.
- The desire to make a difference for our customers.
Benefits:

Additional Requirements:
- Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada).
- HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.
- Valid state Driver's License and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
- Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm.
- Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly.
