RESPONSABILIDADES:
  • Establecer relaciones con los clientes y hacer seguimiento según sea necesario.
  • Proporcionar un servicio al cliente rápido, preciso y amigable. El servicio puede incluir responder a consultas sobre disponibilidad de seguros, elegibilidad, coberturas, cambios de póliza, transferencias, presentaciones de reclamos y aclaraciones de facturación.
  • Utilizar un proceso de revisión basado en las necesidades del cliente para educar a los clientes sobre las opciones de seguros.
  • Usar una comunicación ejemplar para satisfacer eficientemente las necesidades de los clientes mientras se promueve el desarrollo de nuestro negocio.
CALIFICACIONES:
  • Dedicado al servicio al cliente
  • Experiencia en ventas (preferiblemente en ventas externas o internas, asociado de ventas minoristas o telemarketing)
  • Licencia activa de Propiedad y Casualidad y/o Licencia de Vida/Salud
  • Capaz de alcanzar metas de marketing acordadas mutuamente
  • Interesado en comercializar productos y servicios basados en las necesidades del cliente
