We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lexington, MA. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to our team's success.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of up to $74,500 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Additionally, we offer benefits such as paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.

As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including CEU reimbursement and paid clinical supervisory roles. We prioritize our clinicians' well-being and success, offering flexibility with your schedule and a full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days.
