Salary
We offer a competitive salary of up to $74,500 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. This compensation package is designed to ensure our clinicians can focus on providing excellent care to our clients while also growing professionally.
Job Description
We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lexington, MA. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will be part of a clinician-founded national private practice group dedicated to helping people live happy, successful lives. Our team operates in 48 states and continues to expand.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Massachusetts: LICSW or LMFT or LMHC. Additionally, licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) are also considered. Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing. They should be willing to see a minimum of 15 sessions per week and possess strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.
