Salary
$74,500 per year, based on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

Job Description
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work directly with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans. You will also collaborate with other clinicians to ensure seamless care and support for our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A valid license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMFT or LMHC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
