About the Role

This position will be responsible for all aspects of human resources and provide assistance in payroll administration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and sufficient Human Resources records and reports in compliance with all federal, state, local and YMCA rules and regulations.
  • Point of contact for requests pertaining to employee references and verification of employment.
  • Provides support to HR Administrator by placing employees' records on leave & return to active status upon completion of leave, in Dayforce.
  • Train and assist branch hiring managers/supervisors with time sheet integrations and engagement in the interactive process under ADA, as needed.
  • Assist in preparation and issuance of required Interactive Process letters, as needed.
  • Ensure record keeping is up-to-date and in compliance with all federal, state, local and YMCA rules and regulations.
  • Assist with requesting updated medical notes, update and furnish Interactive Processes letters for needed accommodations.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • At least two (2) years' experience in building a culture, skilled clerical functions, and/or in the Human Resources field, preferred.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Bilingual preferred.

Compensation and Work Environment

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
