Walker Acura, a distinguished luxury automotive dealership, is in search of a driven and skilled Sales Advisor to enhance our sales team.

In the role of Automotive Sales Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in selecting their ideal vehicle, fostering and nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales objectives.

This position offers a full-time schedule with an attractive base salary complemented by a commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Perform product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and advantages of our vehicles
  • Clarify and explain financing options and incentives available to customers
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and objectives
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and competitor offerings
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings as directed by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the automotive sector
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Availability to work weekends and some evenings as required
