The Sports Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in crafting and implementing marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand visibility, engaging our local community, and fostering business expansion. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies to elevate our fitness and sports offerings.
  • Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives across diverse platforms, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Evaluate and interpret the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making informed adjustments to enhance outcomes.
Content Creation:
  • Produce captivating content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and various promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with creative professionals to generate high-quality visual assets.
  • Manage and expand our social media footprint by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
Community Outreach:
  • Build and maintain relationships with local fitness advocates, community organizations, and partners.
  • Organize and implement community events, workshops, and partnerships to boost brand recognition and customer interaction.
  • Serve as a brand representative at events, embodying our mission and values.
Market Research:
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
  • Keep abreast of competitor actions and industry changes to refine marketing strategies.
  • Gather and assess customer feedback to enhance our services and overall customer satisfaction.
Brand Management:
  • Assist in articulating and promoting our brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all marketing activities.
  • Develop and uphold brand standards and marketing materials.
Sales Collaboration:
  • Work alongside the sales team to create promotional content and campaigns that drive membership and program enrollment.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted marketing strategies.
*Availability for some evenings and weekends is required.*

Position Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally within the fitness or sports sector.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing social media and content creation.
  • Capability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for fitness and a commitment to motivating others.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
