The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering inside sales and operational assistance to the brand sales team. This position requires collaboration across various departments to streamline projects and enhance communication. The Sales Coordinator will also act as a vital link to the external salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce, and disseminate ad hoc reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to generate weekly updates for the salesforce.
  • Oversee and maintain seasonal go-to-market resources, including price lists, catalogs, sell sheets, and quota tracking.
  • Assist in coordinating and planning for trade shows and sales meetings, providing on-site support as needed.
  • Manage the product sample process, including order management, tracking, and distribution.
  • Work with the brand protection team to ensure compliance with MAP and third-party regulations.
  • Address inquiries from the customer relations team and collaborate with internal departments to provide solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card accounts and travel expenses in accordance with company policies, resolving any reimbursement issues.
  • Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, arrange meetings and events, and prepare necessary materials.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail while preparing outgoing correspondence and packages.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Support brand leadership as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales roles.
  • Strong discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated individual.

Working Conditions:

Typical office environment with 10-20% travel required.
