POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to warmly welcome patients, manage appointment scheduling, and support various administrative tasks within our facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival
- Manage patient check-in processes
