**About the Role:**

Community of Hope is seeking an experienced Emotional Wellness Therapist to join our team in a school setting. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to students and families in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to students and their families;
  • Assess client needs and develop treatment plans to address emotional wellness concerns;
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students;
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions;
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of client interactions;
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge;

**Requirements:**

  • LICSW, LPC, LGSW, LGPC or comparable license required;
  • Experience working with children and families in a school setting preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Spanish speaking strongly preferred;
  • Experience with electronic health records and technology preferred;
