Job Summary

We are seeking licensed therapists to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD. As a therapist with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote mental wellness and emotional growth.

Compensation and Benefits

As a licensed therapist at Thriveworks, you can expect a competitive salary of up to $61,600, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. We also offer a range of benefits, including:

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold one of the following independent licenses in Maryland: LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our clients.
