Assembly Line Technician

Volt is a leading manufacturer of innovative products, and we are currently seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team in Columbia, MO.

As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products are assembled and delivered to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package products in our state-of-the-art warehouse manufacturing environment.
  • Perform all quality checks on inventory and parts prior to assembly to ensure optimal product quality.
  • Receive, process, and locate parts, products, and shipments in our warehouse to meet production demands.
  • Meet and exceed production standards, hitting goals and working safely at every point in the manufacturing process.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a warehouse or factory environment, preferably in a production or assembly role.
  • Basic computer operation skills and accurate typing ability to efficiently complete tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety standards in a warehouse environment and the operation of warehouse equipment.

Additional skills, such as forklift operation, production management, and warehouse operations, are highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00-$17.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts available.
