Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team at Extra Space Storage. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers
- Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies
- Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements
- Maintain facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs
- Work independently on daily tasks and cooperate with team members
- May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations
- 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience
- Strong computer skills
- Sales experience
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Business acumen knowledge, including PnL
- Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Competitive starting pay + monthly bonus opportunity
