Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate III to join our team at Tapestry. As a Sales Associate III, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing personalized service to customers, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Operations and Administration: Perform daily operational tasks, including maintaining store appearance, processing transactions, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Schedule: Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including flexible scheduling, nights, weekends, and holidays.
