  • Assist with branch facility maintenance, cleaning, carpentry, painting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Report any landlord or property owner complaints to management.
  • Assist with mill shop projects, including 3D or other large projects.
  • Mow, trim trees, and brush cut as needed.
  • Dispose of trash and garbage in accordance with facility and community schedules.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with minor electrical, plumbing, and building repair is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Proficient in listening and oral communication skills; can read and speak English.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
  • High work standards and attention to detail.
  • Able to competently complete required documentation and reports.
  • Able to operate hand and minor electrical tools in a safe and effective manner.
  • Able to competently complete required math calculations.

Certifications:
