Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the structures and sites are in good condition.
- Conduct general structural maintenance and repairs, including changing glass, installing glass, and painting shelters.
- Remove graffiti and other forms of vandalism to maintain a professional appearance.
- Operate company-issued equipment and systems to read work instructions and input data upon completion of tasks.
- Work safely in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policy.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as operating a tractor, chain saw, weed eater, or other equipment.
- Assist with branch facility maintenance, cleaning, carpentry, painting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Report any landlord or property owner complaints to management.
- Assist with mill shop projects, including 3D or other large projects.
- Mow, trim trees, and brush cut as needed.
- Dispose of trash and garbage in accordance with facility and community schedules.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with minor electrical, plumbing, and building repair is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Proficient in listening and oral communication skills; can read and speak English.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- High work standards and attention to detail.
- Able to competently complete required documentation and reports.
- Able to operate hand and minor electrical tools in a safe and effective manner.
- Able to competently complete required math calculations.
