  • Assist in setting up and reviewing KPI metrics for sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for improving sales performance.

A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of experience in a sales or administrative role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
