Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team at Soliant.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students to enhance their communication skills and abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and achievement.
  • Document student progress and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
