Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives.
  • Deliver therapy sessions using a range of techniques and tools to promote effective communication and language development.
  • Maintain detailed records of client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support client success and achieve treatment goals.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide expert input on speech and language goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
