The Culinary Operations Supervisor will oversee all aspects of food service operations on campus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operational activities;

• Provide exceptional food service quality;

• Meet financial objectives set by the company and client;

• Foster and maintain relationships with clients and customers;

• Formulate and implement strategic initiatives;

• Cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere; and/or

• Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards.

• Demonstrate a history of strong leadership and employee engagement, along with prior supervisory experience and the ability to work effectively in a team;

• Possess culinary production expertise and a solid understanding of safety and sanitation regulations;

• Are adept at prioritizing responsibilities and willing to adapt to additional tasks as necessary; and/or


• Have a working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and are proficient in computer skills and report management.
