Key Responsibilities

1 Client Satisfaction

a. Compile and address outstanding project items.

b. Conduct final inspections with clients.

c. Obtain signed completion confirmations and satisfaction certificates from clients.

2 Client Communication

a. Facilitate pre-project meetings with clients.

b. Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.

3 Project Management

a. Coordinate schedules for subcontractors and material suppliers.

b. Ensure all work adheres to plans, specifications, local regulations, and project scope.

c. Document all project activities in the project log.

d. Implement change orders as necessary.

4 Subcontractor and Resource Management

a. Set clear expectations for each project.

b. Maintain quality standards through regular site inspections.

c. Evaluate and rate all vendors and subcontractors.

d. Coordinate inspections with local authorities.

5 Budget Management and Schedule Compliance

a. Ensure material suppliers deliver as per purchase agreements.

b. Confirm subcontractors complete work according to their contracts.

c. Monitor project schedules and progress.

d. Identify any work outside the agreed scope.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Proven track record in customer service

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic mathematical abilities

• Experience in restoration and/or construction is preferred
