Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and meet company objectives
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute business plans
  • Oversee the development and implementation of organizational management protocols, practices, and tools
  • Drive safety, quality, and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives
  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
  • Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and liaison among sales, service, installation, and operations departments
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of verifiable full-time management experience in residential HVAC
  • Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience
  • Working knowledge of residential HVAC methods, techniques, and systems, as well as codes
  • Professional degree in Construction Management or equivalent desired but not required
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to build consensus and gain buy-in
  • Passion for building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence
