Job Summary

The School Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing the financial, operational, and HR functions at the school level. This includes managing employee data, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all CSUSA policies and protocols. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee data and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure compliance with all CSUSA policies and protocols
  • Manage financial records and assist with monthly financial statements
  • Supervise and train delegates to make deposits and accept cash on behalf of the school
  • Monitor and reconcile balances of school-based accounts
  • Manage and train employees on HR systems and procedures
  • Assist with grant management and compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in school operations or business management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations
Work Environment

The work environment for this position is typical of an office setting, with minimal physical exertion required. Travel within or outside of the state may be necessary.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this position are light, with occasional exertion of up to 20 pounds of force required to move objects.
