As a Regional Sales Manager at Tate Inc., you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving sales growth, and ensuring Tate Inc.'s continued leadership in the industry. Your primary focus will be on promoting Tate Inc.'s products, creating preferences through specification promotion, and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Promote Tate Inc.'s products to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Establish positive relationships with owners, architects, contractors, dealers, and other key influencers.
  • Manage distribution in assigned territory, maintaining a market share greater than 65%.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a technical field (such as engineering or architecture).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar sales position.
  • Experience in the data center environment is highly preferred.
