ROLE SUMMARY: Mina Sayer - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As an Insurance Representative, your expertise in insurance offerings and market trends enables you to engage with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver optimal value. You may also play a role in formulating strategies and setting targets for our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to define and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to success on a daily basis.
  • Partner with your agency's team to foster enduring customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively connect with customers.
  • Property & Casualty license.
  • Life & Health license - Must be willing to obtain.
