Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Architect to join our team in Sacramento. As a key member of our office, you will provide technical leadership on our largest design commissions, oversee multiple small to medium-scale projects, and conduct quality control reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance on complex issues and serve as an office-wide resource.
  • Lead technical teams and oversee the development of documentation and construction administration.
  • Mentor junior staff and participate in performance coaching.
  • Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience as a technical architect, leading medium to large-sized projects.
  • Experience with healthcare projects, including OSHPD-3 and mixed-occupancy requirements.
  • Strong technical competence and experience with Revit and SketchUp.
  • LEED AP preferred, with Architectural Registration required.
