Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional sales service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Assess client needs and provide assistance and information on products and brands
  • Welcome clients to the store and answer their queries
  • Meet and exceed department and personal sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Remain knowledgeable on products and brands offered and discuss available options
Requirements:
  • Previous selling experience in a luxury retail establishment
  • Established client relationships are a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to push, pull, and bend
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English Language
