Job Overview

MRINetwork Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a Process Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our injection molding machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mold Service Activities: Perform all mold service activities, including lockout, disassemble, clean, and assemble molds, perform connections, and use mold set-up sheets.
  • Mold Set-ups: Train and assist in mold set-ups, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • System Adjustments: Adjust systems, switches, safety, and pressures, and properly connect power, knockout, and core sequence.
  • Total Productive Maintenance: Perform Total Productive Maintenance tasks and Lockout/tag out process on injection molding machinery.
  • 6S Duties: Perform 6S duties assigned or as needed, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Start-ups, Set-ups, and Shutdowns: Perform start-ups, set-ups, and shutdowns, ensuring seamless production processes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with associates, coordinators, suppliers, and customers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
