DCI Donor Services is a pioneering organization dedicated to saving lives through organ donation. With over four decades of experience, we have established ourselves as a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list.

Our unique approach to service enables us to facilitate nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues while maintaining close ties to our local communities.

We operate three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. Additionally, we maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek a highly motivated and organized individual to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • One to two years of OPO or healthcare experience, with operating room experience being a plus
  • Health-related certification and ISOP Level 1 by completion of the first year
  • A working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications, as well as basic data entry skills

Estimated Salary Range

$63,000 - $78,000 per year, based on location and experience.
